Refund Policy for Pet Services (Dog Walks, Grooming, Transportation, and Doggy Day Care)
At Paws 'n' Claws Pet Club, we strive to provide excellent care and services for your pets. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. Below is our detailed refund policy for all our pet services, including dog walks, grooming, transportation, and doggy day care.
Refund Eligibility
- Dog Walks
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable.
- Missed Appointments: If a dog walker arrives and is unable to access the pet (due to locked doors, no key, or pet not being home), the appointment will be charged in full with no refund.
- Grooming Services
- Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued for grooming appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the grooming service provided, please inform us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and may offer to re-groom your pet free of charge. Refunds will not be provided after the re-grooming offer.
- Transportation Services
- Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled transportation service. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, a 50% fee will apply.
- Missed Transportation: If we are unable to transport your pet due to your unavailability or other circumstances beyond our control, the service fee will be charged in full with no refund.
- Doggy Day Care
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled day care will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24-48 hours, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable.
- Early Pick-Up: If you pick up your dog earlier than scheduled, no refunds will be given for unused time.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone within the applicable time frame mentioned above. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation or service dispute is approved.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-shows or failure to provide access for scheduled services.
- Same-day cancellations or last-minute changes not in accordance with our cancellation policies.
- Services already rendered and completed as agreed.
